Terms of use
By using and selecting “I Agree to Terms and Conditions” client accepts and understands following terms, conditions and regulations.

These booking conditions are applicable to all bookings made by website or by phone.

Departures – when should I arrive?
All of our tours depart from assigned pick-up points, exact location and the departure time are indicated on your voucher/confirmation. We ask that all our passengers arrive at least 10 minutes prior to departure for check in and boarding (recommended time is 15 minutes to be safe). In case of the bad traffic conditions, our bus can be late up to 15 minutes. In case of any emergency our reservation desk will contact you. The booking confirmation has to be presented to the driver/tour leader/guide. If you are worried that you are in the wrong place or the bus is late for more than 15 minutes, you can call our emergency number printed on your ticket.

a) Excitingkrakow reserves the right to change prices in the event of currency fluctuations, taxes or other cost increases out of our control. Tickets purchased prior to the increase will not be affected by the change.
b) Excitingkrakow reserves the right to make any changes to its tour schedules if need be – informing all our clients that have already made a booking on the specified tour and making the information immediately accessible to our future customers.

Mobility issues
If you have any mobility issues, medical problems (e.g. claustrophobia, unability to walk on your own), please let us know in advance and we make sure whether the service fits your needs. We try to prepare our trips to be as accessible as possible – and we are always happy to help out – just ask us!

What if my tour gets cancelled?
We can reschedule you for another day, but please call us to make sure we have availability next time you want to try. In case of cancellations due to action our company and you are not able to reschedule, you will receive a full refund. Exceptionally, when we are dealing with force majeure, then cancellation could be made with no refund.

Force majeure
Force majeure includes threat of war, war, riot, civil unrest, industrial disputes, terrorism, natural or manmade disasters, fire, extreme weather conditions or the withdrawal of a partners’ services.

Change in reservations
If you wish to change your reservation we kindly ask that you give us advance notice, at least 24h before the date of our service, we need to make sure that there is availability next time you want to try.

Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking 48 hours before a given tour starts. A refund will only be possible if our company receives the booking cancellation via email 48 hours before the day tour starts, during the office hours: 9 am – 5 pm. The email has to include all the booking details and your bank account number. You will receive your money within 14 days. PayPal commission charged for the transaction will be deducted from the amount transferred to your account.
Cancellations must be made by E-mail only and has to be confirmed by ExcitingKrakow in writing ! Cancellations made by telephone will NOT be accepted.

Unforeseen events
We strongly suggest that all of our guests consider the purchase of travel insurance for protection against unforeseen events. In case of accident, our company is not responsible for the care of the customer and transport to the hospital. If necessary, the customer is obliged to return from the trip on their own.

The bus is completely non-smoking area. Consumption of alcoholic beverages or other psychoactive substances (eg. drugs) is also strictly prohibited.
